Learn more about the C-CSC

The Certified Service Center (CSC) program is designed as a tool to help consumers find quality service centers, to help electronics and appliance manufacturers select service centers for in-warranty repairs, and to provide a standard for professional service firms that desire to offer outstanding customer service. 

C-CSC Management

Pursuant to a Management Services Agreement, the Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the C-CSC. The fundamental and strategic activities of the C-CSC are vested within its Board of Directors and Officers.

C-CSC Members

Service organizations which have satisfied the requirements for, and have received and maintain CSC certification become members of the C-CSC. These special member organizations are located across the United States and Canada and may be found on the Find A CSC map. Additionally, three associations serve as members of the C-CSC, providing guidance on program operations, administration, and certification requirements.
